Position Overview:
Working on behalf of this wonderful and supportive school I am seeking a passionate, part time teacher to join the dedicated team.

This is a role which may turn into a permanent position, providing a unique opportunity for a dedicated teacher in the area to find a job for life!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, adapting strategies to meet the varying needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, implementing effective behavior management techniques.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create individualised plans and strategies for students with additional needs and/or challenging behavior.
• Engage with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication regarding student progress..

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
• Proven ability to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school community.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the school's ethos.
