Learning Support Assistant – Alternative Provision
Based in Blyth
Full-time | Monday to Friday | Term-time only
Pay: £93 – £104 per day (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about supporting young people who thrive outside of a mainstream classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision in Blyth that helps secondary-aged students re-engage with learning.
About the role:
This is a full-time, term-time role supporting students (predominately in KS4) who may have experienced barriers to learning such as SEMH needs or behavioural challenges that prevent them from reaching their full potential. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support that helps build confidence, improve engagement, and raise achievement.
